This workshop will challenge the leader to determine whether or not they are addicted to “leadership power”. Leaders will be confronted with questions such as: What causes me not to delegate more authority? Am I afraid to transition from this position? If I didn’t have this position, who would I be?
How to be a good #2: The Role of an Assistant
This workshop sharpens the mindset of “assistants”. Leader’s assistants will come to learn how to use their leadership ability to influence the plans of the primary leader. Further, assistants will know that their role can either promote or stifle the agenda put forth.

This workshop will empower the leader to organize for success. The leader will be able to accomplish imminent task, be able to identify duties that should be delegated, and accept when action items have to be completed within a different time frame other than what was identified.

This workshop will provide working definitions of various leadership styles; i.e. transformational leadership, transactional leadership, authentic leadership, etc. Leaders will be able to identify the main tenants of various leadership styles in order to determine the best leadership style(s) for desired outcomes.
Responsible Communication
This workshop will challenge leaders to speak the language of the organization, rather than personal opinion, when representing the organization. Further, leaders will be reminded of the responsibility to only communicate messages that agree with organizational values and provided skills that help to communicate a satisfying answer until a responsible answer can be communicated.
